Damage due to natural disasters, fire, theft, liquid spills, corrosion, environment, pests. 10. In-home products used commercially (rental, profit, multi-user use) are not covered; except Professional/Beauty range. 11. Then the customer gets a replacement of the similar model, delivered at their doorstep. Invoice copy must be kept for claiming the warranty/guarantee in case of any defect in the product.
